Dr. Max Parkanzky, Diplomate of the American Veterinary College of Internal Medicine, joined the MedVet Northern Utah and MedVet Salt Lake City team in August 2019. He completed his bachelor’s degree in animal science at Michigan State University. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and master’s degree from Purdue University. Following veterinary school, he completed an internship and residency at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
Mercedes De Paolo, DVM
Residency Trained in Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery @MedVet
Mercedes De Paolo, DVM is a Veterinarian who is residency trained in Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery at MedVet Salt Lake City and MedVet Northern Utah where she has been a part of the team since September 2020. Dr. De Paolo earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, NY. Following veterinary school, Dr. De Paolo completed a rotating internship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA followed by a three year residency in Dentistry & Oral Surgery at the University of California Davis in Davis, CA.
